Muse is a product of Fourth House Development. This site lets models and artists join a waitlist for early access.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Name, if you provide one
• Email address
• Whether you are a model, an artist or studio, or both
• City or ZIP
• The date and time you signed up
• Your IP address

We do not ask for a password, payment information, or a profile on this waitlist site.

How we collect it

You submit name, email, role, and city or ZIP through the waitlist form. Your IP address and signup time are recorded automatically when the form is saved. A hidden field is used only to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, we discard the submission and do not add you to the waitlist.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to:

• Confirm your place on the waitlist
• Email you about early access when Muse opens in your area
• Understand demand by role and location
• Protect the form from spam and abuse

We will not sell your information. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing. The form on this site states that we only email you about early access.

Storage

Waitlist entries are stored on the server that hosts this site. Access to the full list is limited to people who operate Muse.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that host this website or send email on our behalf, and if we are required to do so by law. We do not sell waitlist data.

Retention

We keep waitlist records until Muse launches and early access invitations are sent, or until you ask us to remove your entry, whichever comes first. We may keep a limited record if needed to prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can choose not to join the waitlist. If you already joined and want your information corrected or deleted, reply to any early access email we send you. We will remove or update your waitlist entry when we can reasonably verify the request.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as Muse grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
