Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Muse waitlist website operated by Fourth House Development.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you asked to be notified when Muse opens. It is not an account, a booking, or a promise that you will receive access on a particular date. We may invite people in stages by city or role.
Accurate information
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit someone else's email without their permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the form to send spam or automated bulk submissions
- Attempt to disrupt or probe this site
- Misrepresent who you are in a way that would harm others
The product
Copy on this site describes Muse as we intend it to work. Features, pricing, and availability may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell services until we open accounts.
If you join the waitlist, we may email you about early access. You can stop those emails by asking us to remove your entry as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Muse, the Muse name, and the content on this site are owned by Fourth House Development or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share a link to this site.
Disclaimer
This site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fourth House Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this waitlist site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy
How we handle waitlist data is described in our Privacy Policy.
